Located in the heart of Waco, our venue features 1,447 square feet. A modern space that will give you the vibe for the perfect event! Whether you need a venue for baby showers, birthday parties, class reunions, workshops, family gatherings, or much more. Our open concept interior offers a multitude of ways to customize your event decor.
All time blocks include time for setup and breakdown, e.g. if you choose 6pm - 12am, the party ends at 11pm and you are to be cleaned up and out of the venue by 12am. If you would like additional hours to set up, there is an additional charge. All hours of operation end at 11pm. We do not host events past this time.
A $50 deposit is required. Your deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable upon cancellation prior to the event. This deposit allows you to reschedule your event if communicated no less than 14 days prior to the event date.
Final payment includes a $150 refundable security deposit that is due 14 days before your event. Full payment is required before access can be granted. Security deposit is refunded within 3-5 business days after your event ends if no damages are incurred. Venue must be returned in the same manner it was received.
There is no minimum number of guests required. Our venue is suitable for groups as small as you would like and as many as (50) people.
(PERFECTO VENUE SPACE WILL NOT ENGAGE IN HOSTING EVENTS OVER (50) PEOPLE, FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME, BECAUSE OF THE UNCERTAINTY OF COVID-19).
OUR CURRENT MAXIMUM CAPACITY IS (50) GUESTS FOR ALL EVENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE)!!
PLEASE NOTE: Pricing for the venue rental is not tied to or based on your guest count. Due to COVID-19 your guest count can be subject to increase or decrease based on WACO,TEXAS and/or Governmental rules, regulations and/or restrictions, with or without advance notice.
Rates are always subject to change. However, once your Agreement with our venue is signed, your price is locked in.
You are welcome to decorate the venue to fit your needs with decorations that can be removed, without any harm to the venue. Clients may NOT hang, tape, nail, staple, use glues that leave sticky residue, sew, zip tie, chain, etc., anything to the walls for decor, decoration or any other purposes. The Client and/or Vendor(s) must bring their own stands, holders, backdrop stands, etc; to hold up or house their decor, decorations, balloons, lights, etc. for their individual desires and needs.
NO REAL FIRE BURNING CANDLES of any kind (artificial candles are acceptable and highly encouraged if the Client desires the candle light room effect)
NO GLITTER or CONFETTI of any kind (in DECORATIONS, BALLOONS, TABLE AND CHAIR DRESSINGS, ETC.)
*FLOATING CANDLES ARE ALLOWED
NO SMOKING of any kind on the premises, or within 500 feet of the premises including but not limited to CIGARETTES, MARIJUANA, ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES VAPING, HOOKAH, ETC.
We are not certified/licensed to sell alcohol. If you decide to BYOB you MUST hire security on premises during your event. In the result of an incident Perfecto Venue Space would not be liable.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND ARE PERMITTED OUTSIDE OF THE VENUE!
All attendees requesting alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older. All guest must remain inside, with their alcoholic beverages which maybe Wine, Beer, Liquor, Alcoholic Mixed Drinks, Alcoholic Punches, etc.
THE CLIENT CAN NOT SELL ANY ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND DURING THEIR EVENT (THERE IS NO CASH BAR OPTION).
*YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO USE A CERTIFIED BARTENDER TO SERVE, REGULATE AND MONITOR THE ALCOHOL BEVERAGES AT YOUR EVENT (NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE).
Security will not be provided by Perfecto Venue Space. You must provide if you have an event that is BYOB
(PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR EVENT IS BYOB HIRING SECURITY IS NOT OPTIONAL!!)
Set-up and breakdown of tables and chairs will be the client responsibility.
We ask that you make sure Perfecto Venue Space is left in the order of which it was received. This includes but is not limited to:
*The clean up of the venue (once event concludes) is the responsibility of the Client.
Yes, we have a kitchenette area equipped with a conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator, utility table and sink.
Included in our standard venue rental are tables (Round and/or Rectangular) and white plastic chairs.
There's limited parking spaces available behind our venue, but a public parking lot is next to our venue.
Your Agreement will specify your “Start-Time” and your “End-Time". We offer 4-Hour, 8-Hour and 12-Hour Time Slots.
(Either 2-hour Set-Up, 3 or 5-Hour Event , 1-Hour Breakdown.
If additional time is needed, it will be $100 Per Hour (DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY) AND EXTRA TIME CAN NOT BE BOOKED PRIOR TO ONE WEEK BEFORE YOUR EVENT DATE. All persons involved with an event are required to clear the venue by the agreement's “End-Time” to avoid Client paying overtime charges.
An additional $250 will be charged if the event goes over the designated time plus loss of security deposit.
